Project Overview

Juzi is a modern bottled fruit juice brand developed for a startup entering the competitive FMCG beverage market. The objective was to create a vibrant, youthful, and shelf-impact packaging design that communicates freshness, purity, and natural ingredients at first glance.

The product range includes:

  • Orange Juice
  • Lemon Juice
  • Lime Juice
  • Pineapple Juice
  • Guava Juice

The client wanted a clean yet playful identity that appeals to families, young adults, and health-conscious consumers while maintaining a strong supermarket presence.

Juzi was positioned as:

  • Affordable Premium

The brand name “Juzi” was selected to sound energetic, memorable, and easy to pronounce across local and international markets. The playful typography reinforces a fun, fresh, and friendly personality.

The goal was to create a fruit juice packaging design that feels:

  • Modern
  • Natural
  • Refreshing
  • Approachable

Packaging Design Approach

1. Visual Identity

The logo uses rounded, soft letterforms to reflect the juicy and fresh nature of the product. Each SKU uses a color-coded system aligned with the fruit flavor:

  • Orange – Vibrant orange tones
  • Lemon – Bright yellow
  • Lime – Fresh green
  • Pineapple – Warm golden yellow
  • Guava – Soft pink/red

This creates strong shelf differentiation while maintaining brand consistency across the range.


2. Label Design Strategy

The label layout was designed to prioritize:
